Are you one of them — and never said it out loud?
No stage. No self-proclaimed "healers." Just one honest afternoon — real technique, real stillness, and a mini garden you build with your own hands and take home.
Good job, good income, a calendar that's always full. But after a treatment, some people lie still for a long while, eyes closed — not because they're sleepy.
We've gotten so used to being "fine" that we forget the last time someone asked us — truly — or the last time we sat still with ourselves without playing a role. Many people don't realise they're burnt out. They just think "I haven't tried hard enough."

There are too many "healing" courses priced at tens of millions of đồng, too many self-styled "healers" over-promising. We understand why that word makes you wary.
So The Inner Ground is built on three concrete things, not vibes: real, certified lymphatic-care and facial reflexology technique, a clearly held safe space for reflection, and a mini garden you build with your own hands — something you can take home and actually use every day.
Understand the lymphatic system, then hands-on practice of head-and-neck lymphatic drainage and facial reflexology — performed on yourself, guided step by step.
A safe, quiet space to look back at yourself — draw a question card, write privately for yourself first. Whether you share out loud is entirely your choice.
Build your own miniature Zen garden by hand — wooden tray, sand, stones, succulents, a tiny lantern — following guided steps, to keep on your desk afterward.
"No one stands up to speak. Everyone sits down, together — just like this."
"Sometimes the best way to quiet a noisy mind isn't to keep thinking about how to think less. It's to use your hands."
During the session, you'll build your own miniature Zen garden by hand — a wooden tray, sand, stones, succulents, moss, and small details you place yourself. The afternoon closes with a quiet moment of mindful gazing at the garden you've just made. And of course, you take it home with you.
A small object for your desk. It may not change your life. But on a busy day, catching sight of it might just be enough to remind you to sit still for five minutes. That's enough.
The founder of Her S Spa Vinhomes Central Park completed the "Advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage" program at the MLD Vietnam Training Institute, practises spa therapy hands-on, and trains students at Her S Academy.
This isn't an improvised experience — it's real technique, taught properly, by someone who practises it every day.
3:00 – 6:00 PM, Sunday, October 11 2026
Payment by bank transfer — details on the registration page. Only 20 seats — exclusive, held in order of registration.
After the session, if you still feel unsure practising facial reflexology or lymphatic drainage at home — message Her S Spa Vinhomes Central Park on Zalo, and we'll guide you again over a video call, free of charge.
It's a quiet space to ask yourself real questions — not therapy, and no one will pressure you to share. You can always choose the intensity of the question (Gentle or Deep), and there's always a private corner if you need a moment alone.
3:00 – 6:00 PM, Sunday, October 11 2026, at Nguyen Du Park Villas, 111 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
